Xavier Woods Cleared to Return to In-Ring Action on 5/20 WWE RAW

The New Day, consisting of Kofi Kingston, Xavier Woods, and formely Big E, has long been regarded as one of the most beloved factions in WWE history. As it is known, Big E had to step away from the group following a career-ending injury in 2022, although he has made occasional appearances with his former teammates.

Since Big E’s departure, The New Day has been represented by Kingston and Woods. But after the events of RAW a few weeks ago, Xavier Woods found himself on the sidelines suffering a major knee injury at the hands of GUNTHER.

In a backstage segment on the following RAW, Kofi Kingston revealed that Xavier Woods was ruled out from competing in this year’s King of the Ring tournament, and announced that his tag team partner would be out of action for an indefinite period.

However, Kofi Kingston felt rejoiced the May 21 edition of RAW. During a backstage segment in the trainer’s room where Xavier Woods was being examined, the doctor revealed that he was cleared to return to in-ring action much to the excitement of both men and the WWE Universe.

However, it did not go unnoticed that Karrion Kross and Scarlett walked up to Woods hinting at something related to the dark side, much like he said the same to Kofi Kingston last week.
