WWE Hall of Famer ‘Stone Cold’ Steve Austin made a surprise return to in-ring action at WrestleMania 38 for a match against Kevin Owens, breaking his retirement. However, he hasn’t competed since then and fans wonder if that will happen again. In light of this, Austin has addressed having another match.

WWE was in talks to involve ”Stone Cold” Steve Austin in some capacity during WrestleMania 40 weekend, but he never appeared at the show. Jim Ross would explain the likely reason why he wasn’t at the show as well.

While speaking on the special episode of Biography on A&E, The Texas Rattlesnake was asked about possibly competing in another match. Austin made it clear that he is happy with his WrestleMania 38 bout and really has nothing left to prove to anyone.

”I walked away. I’m happy with what I did. There are people who have done more and lasted more, but I’ve had a good career and I’m happy with it. I have nothing to prove to anyone.”

Kevin Owens also reflected on meeting Steve Austin. Regardless, The Bionic Redneck is more than happy with how his career has turned out and we can’t fault him for not wanting to wrestle anymore.
