The wrestling industry has evolved significantly over the past few years, with numerous changes in rules and stipulations. One of the most notable changes has been the reduction in the number of intergender matches, particularly in larger promotions like WWE. However, smaller promotions have frequently experimented with intergender matches.

TNA Knockouts World Champion Jordynne Grace recently took to social media to advocate for the reintroduction of intergender matches. Grace expressed her desire for intergender tag team titles, suggesting that such titles could open up new opportunities in the wrestling industry.

“Want intergender tag titles so bad,” Grace tweeted.

In response to Grace’s post, WWE Hall of Famer Bully Ray commented that he has been advocating for those titles for years.

“Uncle Bully has been pushing for those titles for years,” he replied.

The introduction of intergender tag team championships could indeed present a massive opportunity for the wrestling industry to explore new areas of popularity. Given Grace’s influence and her advocacy, it wouldn’t be surprising if TNA (Impact Wrestling) considers announcing these titles soon.
