Keith Lee was one of the mainstays of AEW television lately, as fans continue to support him no matter what. That said, he sent a message to fans during his prolonged AEW hiatus.
Keith Lee recently broke his social media silence to express gratitude to his fans amidst his continued absence from All Elite Wrestling. In a message shared on Twitter, Lee acknowledged that he doesn’t spend much time on social media these days but wanted to take a moment to thank his supporters.
He expressed appreciation for those who reach out privately, those who tweet publicly, and those who share positive messages. Lee reassured his fans that he sees their support and is grateful for it.
“I don’t spend a lot of time with social media these days.
“But I wanted to make sure I popped on here to give thanks to many of you…
“The ones who reach out privately. The ones who tweet publicly. The ones who share positive things.
“I see you. I thank you. I appreciate you.”
Lee’s message comes amid his extended absence from AEW, with his last appearance on the December 23 episode of AEW Collision, where he defeated Brian Cage. Lee would go on to reveal later that he had to undergo two surgeries, so we’ll have to see when he’ll return.
