Former AEW Name Backstage at TNA Impact Television Tapings in Newport, Kentucky

A noteworthy name was present at the latest set of TNA tapings in Newport, Kentucky, over the weekend.

Jose The Assistant, known for his tenure with AEW, was seen at the event and according to Fightful Select, met with wrestling veteran Tommy Dreamer for unspecified reasons.

Jose The Assistant joined AEW in 2021, initially paired with Andrade El Idolo and later RUSH, becoming a member of La Faccion Ingobernables. However, he was part of the group of talents released by AEW on April 1.

In addition to his time in AEW, Jose has worked for multiple wrestling promotions and has made appearances as an enhancement talent for WWE.
