Identity of Logan Paul’s Lackey Destroyed by Cody Rhodes on 5/17 WWE SmackDown

Cody Rhodes met his new challenger for the Undisputed WWE Championship, Logan Paul in the ring this week for a contract signing on SmackDown. It ended with Rhodes destroying one of Paul’s lackeys and now the identity of that lackey has been revealed.

Nick Aldis oversaw the in-ring contract signing. The Maverick, Logan Paul, came out first with a few lackeys and an attorney. The American Nightmare, Cody Rhodes, came out next, and they engaged in a tense back-and-forth until Paul was asked to sign the contract. However, he and his lawyer paused, then ripped up the contract because Paul did not like the terms.

Paul then revealed that only the Undisputed WWE Championship would be on the line in Saudi Arabia, as he had never agreed to defend his title. This revelation upset both Aldis and Cody. Rhodes retaliated by sending Paul to the floor after signing the contract. One of Paul’s lackeys attempted to attack, but The Grandson of a Plumber slammed him through a table and posed with both titles.

The man who portrayed Paul’s lackey for the table powerbomb spot was indie champion Papi D. Besides wrestling, he works as an actor, model, host, content creator, dancer, and personal trainer.

Papi is currently the Florida Heavyweight Champion for the I Believe In Wrestling promotion out of Orlando. He is set to compete in a title unification match against Florida Cruiserweight Champion Raylan Bennett at a show on Saturday, June 1.

We will have to wait and see how Cody Rhodes will fare against The Maverick at the King and Queen of The Ring Premium Live Event on May 25th, as he certainly has the upper hand at the moment.
