Darby Allin had been out of action for a while after suffering a broken foot which ruined his Mount Everest plans as well. He then got hit by bus because his luck clearly hasn’t been great these days. In light of this, Jack Perry claimed the universe is calling The Elite to end Allin for good.

As seen during this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite, The Elite announced that Eddie Kingston had been pulled from The Anarchy In The Arena match due to him suffering a knee injury.

Darby Allin made a surprise return after the main event of AEW Dynamite, stepping in as Eddie Kingston’s replacement for the Anarchy in the Arena match at AEW Double or Nothing. He will join forces with Bryan Danielson, Dax Harwood, and Cash Wheeler to take on The Elite.

While speaking in a digital exclusive, The Elite talked about Darby Allin’s AEW return. None of them were pleased, especially The Young Bucks. Jack Perry also stated that the universe hadn’t been kind to Darby Allin lately and claimed the universe was calling The Elite to end Allin for good.

Matthew Jackson: ”Can you believe that?”

Nicholas Jackson: ”What the hell was that? Darby Allin? The last time we saw your ass, we retired Sting. Do you really want to deal with us again?”

Nicholas Jackson: ”We keep picking these guys off one by one, and they’re like cockroaches. Eddie Kingston goes bye-bye, but then another guy, Darby Allin, steps up to the plate. What is your freaking problem?”

Jack Perry: ”Honestly, I was wondering who was gonna be stupid enough to fill in for Eddie Kingston. It really shouldn’t be a surprise at all that it was Darby Allin. You know, Darby, the universe doesn’t seem to like you too much these days. You break your foot, you get hit by a bus. Now, you’re in Anarchy in the Arena. It seems to me like maybe the universe is calling us to finish you off.”

Nicholas Jackson: ”[Laughs] Hey, Mount Everest couldn’t do it, but guess who can? The Elite.

Darby Allin also admitted that he hasn’t fully recovered from his injuries after his AEW Dynamite return. Regardless, we will have to wait and see what carnage will unfold at The Anarchy In The Arena match.
