Ivar Indefinitely Sidelined Following Gallus Attack on 5/14 WWE NXT

Ivar is currently on a roll as a singles star as he has become a formidable opponent for anyone in the company. Unfortunately, it appears he will be out of action indefinitely after the vicious attack from Gallus this week on NXT.

During this week’s episode of NXT, Wes Lee, Ivar, and Josh Briggs, contenders for a triple threat match to determine the next challenger for the NXT North American Championship, were found incapacitated on the floor. The culprits were none other than the returning faction members of Gallus.

WWE announced on social media that Ivar sustained an injury following an attack by Gallus on the May 14 edition of NXT. As a result, Ivar is out of action indefinitely.

”BREAKING: As a result of the heinous attack by #Gallus at the end of #WWENXT, @Ivar_WWE has suffered an injury and will be out of action indefinitely.”

It is currently unknown if Wes Lee or Josh Briggs were also injured during the attack by Gallus or whether Ivar’s injury is a legitimate one. Regardless, Ivar will be out of action for a while so we’ll have to see what Gallus will end up doing in the meantime.
