While Monday Night Raw has been feeling the absence of numerous stars like CM Punk, Seth Rollins, and Cody Rhodes, things have been running smoothly for the red brand. The depth of the roster has opened up the doors to a plethora of new opportunities and Triple H has left no stone unturned to deliver the best.
The Judgment Day star Damian Priest cashed in his Money in the Bank contract on Drew McIntyre at WrestleMania 40 to become the World Heavyweight Champion. Since then, the star has been on a roll, portraying as the leader of the faction.
In a recent appearance on the Rob Brown Show, Priest discussed his plans as the World Champion of WWE Raw. After defeating Jey Uso in a massive match at WWE Backlash 2024, Priest has expressed his desire to be a workhorse champion, just like Seth Rollins was when he held the title
“I want to be the type of champion that Seth Rollins was, a workhorse. I want to defend the title. I want to take on everyone and anyone at any point. When it comes to the roster, I want a piece of everybody. I want a piece of everybody. It’s usually the opposite.”
Damian Priest is not in any singles feuds currently. But things might change very very soon and a big challenge might knock on his door. Stay tuned to Ringside News to get the latest updates on WWE.
