Randy Orton, once known for incredibly problematic behavior during his early WWE days, has undergone a significant transformation. This change was evident during UFC Fight Night, where Orton displayed a different demeanor. However, an unfortunate incident took place when a fan fell in front of him at the show.

Randy Orton made his way to St. Louis, Missouri to witness the excitement at UFC on ESPN: Lewis vs Nascimento. The 14-time World Champion briefly graced the screen during the event, much to the delight of fans in attendance.

With some downtime between fights, Orton took the opportunity to mingle with fans, capturing moments in photographs. In a video captured during the event, one fan accidentally stumbled and fell to the floor.

In response, Randy Orton raised his hands and signalled to security that he wasn’t involved in the fan’s fall. It appeared that the fan lost balance while attempting to take a selfie with Orton. Despite the tumble, the fan seemed to be okay.
