It’s a known fact that the world of pro wrestling is a harsh and unforgiving business and many talent have passed away in recent years. The independent wrestling community is mourning the loss of one of its most promising stars Dick Dynamo, who passed away at the young age of 26.
Dynamo, real name Brandon Holman, was known for his electrifying performances and charisma, having made a name for himself in prominent indie promotions such as MCW and Combat Zone Wrestling
Maryland Championship Wrestling’s statement reflected the depth of the loss felt by the community as they took to their official Twitter platform and shared the incredibly sad news of Dick Dynamo’s passing.
”With a heavy heart and a complete loss for words, the MCW Pro Wrestling family mourns the loss of Brandon Holman, better known to fans as Dick Dynamo.
Brandon was the epitome of hard work and was never one to shy away from a challenge. Our thoughts, prayers and deepest condolences go out to his family, friends and loved ones during this difficult time.
For anybody out there who feels like the world has left them behind; you are important, you matter and you are not alone.”
Starting with small local matches, Dynamo’s talent quickly drew the interest of larger promotions. His time with Combat Zone Wrestling allowed him to hone his skills with experienced trainers and establish himself as a rising star. This led to his move to Maryland Championship Wrestling where he continued to make a significant impact.
