WWE is a global juggernaut in the world of professional wrestling and it continues to grow and change with every passing day. In light of its current growth, WWE has now promoted Chris Legentil to a higher position.
According to a report by PWInsider, Chris Legentil, who joined WWE in April 2021 after being recruited by Nick Khan following his tenure at DAZN, has been promoted within the company.
Previously serving as Senior Vice President, Head of Global Communications, Legentil is now officially titled as Executive Vice President, Talent Relations and Head of Communications. This promotion marks an expansion of his role within WWE, so it’s obvious he will have far more responsibilities now after climbing up the corporate ladder.
Before joining WWE, Legentil was the Senior Vice President of Global Communications at DAZN, where he played a pivotal role in launching the sports streaming platform in the United States and internationally. His experience in global communications and his success at DAZN were significant factors in his recruitment to WWE, where he has since become a key figure in managing the company’s communications strategy.
Legentil’s new role reflects WWE’s evolving organizational structure and the importance of effective communication and talent management in the company’s operations, so we’ll have to wait and see how he’ll perform in his new role now.
