After a prolonged absence from WWE television due to neck surgery, Braun Strowman made a dramatic comeback on this week’s episode of Monday Night RAW, coming to the aid of Jey Uso during an assault by Logan Paul and Finn Balor.
In an interview with Chris Van Vliet, Strowman provided an update on his in-ring status, indicating that he’s nearing the end of his recovery journey. He mentioned that he expects to be cleared after another CT scan in two weeks, highlighting the expertise of his neurosurgeon, Dr. Cordover, who performed his surgery at Andrew’s Medical in Birmingham, Alabama.
“It’s possible we’re getting close. Actually, today’s Friday, and I’m having dinner with my doctor tonight, Dr. Cordover. He’s an incredibly talented neurosurgeon and spinal surgeon, one of the best in the world. I was lucky to have him perform my surgery at Andrew’s Medical in Birmingham, Alabama. Tonight, I’m having dinner with him, and we’ll talk about my progress. I have another CT scan scheduled in about two weeks, so it seems we’re getting really close to a full recovery.”
With Strowman’s imminent return to in-ring action, fans are eagerly anticipating what WWE has in store for the Monster Among Men. If he receives clearance next month, he’ll be primed for action at the next Premium Live Event.
