UPDATE: AEW has now revealed that Max Caster and Anthony Bowens are set to face off against the Grizzled Young Veterans on tomorrow’s Collision.
Max Caster of The Acclaimed has found himself in the spotlight once again, this time for a controversial freestyle rap directed at ‘Switchblade’ Jay White during AEW Dynasty.
Prior to The Acclaimed & Daddy Ass facing off against White and the Bang Bang Gang for the Unified AEW Trios Championship, Caster’s rap raised eyebrows with its provocative lyrics:
“Switchblade’s what I switch. I’ll fulfill your fantasy and I’ll make you my b****. Yo this dude’s just making me sick. I’ll violate you so bad you’ll have to tell the legal team about the taste of my d***.”
The St. Louis crowd reacted with shock, and wrestling journalist Dave Meltzer speculated that Caster might face repercussions for his rap. True to speculation, Caster took to social media the following night to announce his suspension, though he didn’t provide a reason for it.
As the situation unfolds, Ringside News remains committed to providing updates on this story.
