The Undertaker has shared his thoughts on the company’s new era under the leadership of Triple H, something he has always been a fan of. Interestingly enough, he wants WWE to introduce Women’s Intercontinental and US Titles in the future.

While speaking on a recent episode of the Six Feet Under podcast, The Undertaker, also known as The Phenom, discussed the strength and depth of the WWE women’s division. He noted that despite the injuries to key stars like Rhea Ripley and Charlotte Flair, the division remains strong, thanks to talented wrestlers like Bayley, Becky Lynch, Liv Morgan, Bianca Belair, Tiffany Stratton, and Jade Cargill.

However, he acknowledged the ongoing debate about the lack of midcard titles in the women’s division, suggesting that introducing such championships could provide additional opportunities for the division’s talent to shine.

The Undertaker proposed the idea of creating midcard titles for both RAW and SmackDown, suggesting the introduction of a Women’s Intercontinental Championship and a Women’s United States Championship. He mentioned that this could address the gap in title opportunities for women and allow more wrestlers to gain recognition without overcomplicating the division with too many championships.

His proposal reflects a desire to bolster the women’s division by giving more athletes a chance to compete for prestigious titles and build their reputations. By having midcard titles on both brands, The Undertaker believes WWE could better showcase the depth and talent within the women’s division, offering more engaging storylines and matches.

“The women’s division is really getting good. You got Jade; you got Rhea; you got Charlotte; you’ve got Bayley; you’ve got Naomi. It’s deep. The division [is] deep. I would like to see a Women’s Intercontinental Champion, and possibly, because there’s two brands, a Women’s US Champion. I don’t think you need more than that. You don’t need a TV champion.”

WWE already introduced a women’s NXT North American Championship, but nothing for the main roster yet. We will have to wait and see whether WWE will eventually introduce midcard titles for women, as this has been a desire for a long time.
