Sami Callihan was considered one of the most important stars in TNA but officially became free agent on October 1st last year. He would then return at TNA Rebellion last night and now his status with TNA has been revealed.
Sami Callihan made a dramatic return to TNA Wrestling at TNA Rebellion, leaving a significant mark on the TNA Knockouts Championship match between Jordynne Grace and Steph De Lander. The match was chaotic, with interference from several parties, including The Good Hands (Jason Hotch & John Skyler) and Kon, all supporting De Lander.
The tables turned when PCO entered to help Jordynne Grace. The crucial moment, however, was when the arena went dark, only for Sami Callihan to emerge. His timely intervention helped Grace maintain control of the match and ultimately retain her Knockouts Championship title.
PWInsider has reported that Sami Callihan remains with Major League Wrestling despite his recent return to TNA Wrestling at TNA Rebellion. This indicates that Callihan will be working for both TNA and MLW concurrently.
”Sami Callihan is still with MLW and will work both MLW and TNA going forward, PWInsider.com has confirmed. That was his original deal with MLW and Impact in 2017-2019 before he departed MLW.”
We will have to wait and see how Sami Callihan will be booked in TNA Wrestling in the company months, as fans are just happy to see him back in the company after being gone for so long.
