It’s Saturday night and you know what that means! The AEW Dynasty go-home episode of Rampage will go down tonight, and Ringside News has got you covered with live play-by-play results coverage for the April 20, 2024 episode.

The show opens up with a backstage promo from IWGP World Heavyweight Champion Jon Moxley. Moxley starts off by complimenting how strong Don Callis’ phone is after making his match with Powerhouse Hobbs on next week’s Dynamite a title match. Moxley then says he didn’t mind as he wasn’t planning on losing anyway. Moxley then says he knew Hobbs had something special, but if Hobbs didn’t find it then he will give Hobbs a very bitter lesson. Moxley then tells Hobbs not to hesitate because he will not.
We then get the entrances of the first match of the night, which is a High Flying 420 Elimination 4-Way Match.
The match starts off with the other three men going after RVD. RVD then escapes and sits up on the turnbuckle as Kassidy mocks Komander. Komander and Johnson then hits a double dropkick on Kassidy. RVD and Komander are left in the ring, but Kassidy gets involved once again and mocks RVD’s taunt. RVD then hits Kassidy with a monkey flip and a Rolling Thunder. Johnson then hits a dive onto everyone on the floor. Johnson and Kassidy then pairs off in the ring and Kassidy eliminates Johnson with a tights-assisted roll-up.
Komander then hits a step-up moonsault on Kassidy on the floor. Komander then hits RVD with a Hurricanrana, then follows it up with a springboard senton on Kassidy for a near fall. Komander then goes for a ropewalk, but Kassidy cuts him off and crotches him on the ropes. Kassidy then teases giving RVD something, but turns on him. Kassidy then pulls RVD out of the ring, but Komander is able to hit him with the ropewalk Shooting Star Press to eliminate him. It is now down to Komander and RVD and they trade flash pins before RVD cuts Komander off on the top rope. After avoiding a leg sweep, RVD thens hit the Five Star Frog Splash on Komander for the win.

After the match, RVD shakes hands with Komander as a sign of respect before celebrating with the fans.
We then get the entrances of the next match, which is a Singles Match.
The match starts off with Sakura getting a jump start by hitting Sakazaki with a Tiger Driver for a near fall. Sakazaki then responds with a sliding lariat for a near fall of her own. Sakazaki then attempts to jump over the ropes onto the apron, but she falls to the floor. Sakura then stalls as Sakazaki tests her knee on the floor and is eventually able to continue. Sakazaki then hits Sakura with a Hurricanrana off the apron. Sakura then sends Sakazaki to the floor with a crossbody off the apron. Sakura then follows it up with a crossbody into the steps. Sakura then hits Sakazaki with a butterfly backbreaker for a near fall. Sakura then mocks Sakazaki, but Sakazaki responds with a rope-assisted German for the win.

We then get a Rampage exclusive footage from after Dynamite, where “Cool Hand” Angelo Parker makes his way down to the ring. Parker starts off by saying he left his mentor and lost his friends over the past year before gaining and losing the love of Ruby Soho. Parker then says all he had left was his match against Zak Knight, but he lost that too. Parker then says he didn’t have much left to fight for and teased retiring before Soho made her way down to the ring. Soho says it breaks her heart to hear him say that he has nothing to fight for because he has something very special to fight for. Soho then announces that she was pregnant. Parker and Soho then embraces and Parker says that he was going to be a father.
We then get the entrances of the main event, which is a Trios Match.
The match starts off with Bennett and O’Reilly, but O’Reilly calls for Strong to get in. Strong obliges, but quickly tags out to Bennett. O’Reilly then starts wearing Bennett down before tagging in Menard. Menard then takes Bennett down and Bennett tags Taven in. Menard then continues the attack on Taven. Romero is then tagged in and he sends Bennett off the apron. Romero then hits a headscissors on Taven and sends Taven to the corner for a clothesline. Romero then knocks Bennett down. Bennett and Taven then double team Romero before Strong is tagged in and he wears Romero down. Taven then gets a near fall on Romero.
Bennett is then tagged in as he and Taven tries to keep Romero isolated, but Romero manages to tag Menard in. Menard then sends Taven out of the ring before going after Bennett in the corner. Menard then delivers some shots on Bennett and sends him to the opposite corner. Bennett then fights back, but is put in a Boston crab until Taven hits a springboard kick to break the hold. Taven then gets a tag and drops Menard for a near fall. Menard then ducks a clothesline and tags O’Reilly in, who fights off the Undisputed Kingdom before hitting a dragon screw on Strong. Taven is then dropped and Bennett gets blocked, which allows O’Reilly to lock in a triangle hold as Taven tries to break it, but Kyle gets an ankle lock on Taven as well.
Strong then breaks it all up and Strong and O’Reilly trade strikes. Strong then hits O’Reilly with a backbreaker. O’Reilly then puts Strong in an armbar and Strong starts to tap, but the referee can’t call it as Strong is not the legal man and Bennett breaks it up. Strong and Taven are then sent to the outside and O’Reilly hits a brainbuster on Bennett for a near fall. O’Reilly then puts Bennett in a cross arm breaker and Bennett taps out.

After the match, O’Reilly, Romero and Menard celebrate in the ring as Strong and the Undisputed Kingdom retreat up the ramp. O’Reilly then grabs a mic to warn Strong that he’s only got 24 hours left with the AEW International Championship. O’Reilly then stares Strong down and the commentators run down the Dynasty card for tomorrow night. We then get one last stare-down between Strong and O’Reilly and Rampage comes to a close.
