Since the trafficking lawsuit against Vince McMahon has come to the knowledge of fans and stars all around the industry, a lot of new things about the former CEO of WWE have come to light. Mr. McMahon has been stepping away from WWE slowly and now has his remaining shares in TKO listed for sale as well.
Former WWE Creative Director Jaswaye has now revealed an interesting fact about McMahon. The ex-WWE employee was mainly involved in merchandise and posters of stars among the roster. This made her very close to McMahon on the work cycle.
In a recent appearance on the Cheap Heat Productions podcast, Jaswaye revealed that McMahon wasn’t a big fan of the colour green. Back in the day, a promo of D-Generation-X was shot with green in the background which the former CEO didn’t like.
“This is weird, but for some reason he didn’t like the color green. He did not like the color green. It was just for some reason, and that was something we always put into consideration. I think when we did a promo for D-Generation X, it was like the DX with the green background. We were like [fingers crossed], ‘Hope Vince likes it,’ but for some reason the man didn’t like green. That’s all I can recall.”
While not liking green might not be the best story one would have expected about Vince McMahon, it turns out to be strange. However, stories like this would keep coming by in the next few weeks until McMahon’s lawsuit comes to a conclusion. Ringside News will keep you updated with the story.
