Big E continues to be one of the most cherished superstars in WWE, currently absent due to a severe neck injury. Unfortunately, Big E noted that he may never be cleared for an in-ring return after revealing his two-year scans.

Big E has been sidelined since the March 11, 2022 episode of Friday Night SmackDown, where he sustained broken neck. During his absence from the ring, Big E has remained active with numerous appearances on various shows.

The former WWE Champion took to Twitter to provide an update on his health to his fans on Saturday. He revealed that he had received his two-year scans but is still not medically cleared to return to the ring. Big E also expressed uncertainty about whether he will ever be medically cleared to compete again.

”Hey, all!
Two year neck scans are in. Things are unchanged. My C1 has healed fibrously but has not formed new bone. I’m not medically cleared and truthfully, I may never be cleared. But I am blessed to be free of pain, immensely happy and otherwise healthy. Life is good.”
