Je’Von Evans has been making waves on NXT Level Up in recent weeks, and on the April 9 episode of NXT TV, he stepped into the ring for his highly anticipated debut. Facing off against SCRYPTS in a singles match, Evans showcased his skills and emerged victorious, solidifying his presence on the NXT roster.
In an NXT Digital Exclusive, Je’Von Evans couldn’t contain his excitement following his successful debut. With pride in his voice, he exclaimed,
“I ain’t gonna lie, your boy got the dub. First night and I already got the W. Come on now. Now I ain’t gonna lie, I’m ready to party. But before I do that, I just want to tell you and NXT that guess what? Your boy is 1-0 on NXT. Next time I pull up, I’ll be 2-0, and then 3-0, and 4-0, and I’m gonna keep on going until your boy is on top, and he’s ready to be that guy, you know what I’m saying, the top guy. I gotta go party, I’m about to have fun.”
With the company’s ongoing pursuit of top-tier in-ring performers, Je’Von Evans stands out as a potential next breakout star, showcasing impressive in-ring skills and boasting years of experience. It remains to be seen how he will fare on WWE television as a regular competitor.
