The RAW after WrestleMania 40 capped off with one of the most highly exhilarating main event matches that involved not only high stakes but also a high-risk maneuver delivered by the Highlight of the night, Ricochet.

The one and only RAW star was part of a No.1 contender Fatal 4-way match for Damian Priest’s World Heavyweight Championship that also involved Bronson Reed, Jey Uso, and Drew McIntyre.

Notably, one of the highlights of the bout saw Ricochet launch himself onto Bronson Reed, connecting a spectacular sunset flip from the top rope and putting him straight through the announcer’s desk.

However, right before Ricochet was about to dive from the top rope, he looked at his fiance, and WWE ring announcer, Samantha Irvin, and apologized to her for the death-defying move that he was about to deliver. You can check it out here.

But that excellent display of athleticism left Ricochet broken on the outside and led Jey Uso to capitalize on Drew McIntyre, courtesy of a distraction by CM Punk to secure the pinfall and win the title opportunity against the new champion, Damian Priest while Ricochet probably would have received some words of wisdom by Samantha regarding high-risk moves in the future.
