MJF has honed his craft as a pro wrestler over the years, as his dedication to his role is truly second to none for many fans. So much so, that he is a big name even in WWE now. In fact, Cody Rhodes has reacted to MJF chants after WrestleMania 40 Sunday.

Cody Rhodes and MJF have been close friends for several years, as The American Nightmare is Cody Rhodes’ mentor in the world of professional wrestling. Rhodes has made it clear that he thinks the world of MJF as well.

During a recent appearance on The Pat McAfee Show, Cody Rhodes talked about his win at WrestleMania 40. At one point, the crowd chanted MJF’s name and Cody Rhodes addressed the chants, as he mentioned how MJF’s ex-girlfriend sold a painting of himself to The Rock. Cody Rhodes would then put over The Salt of The Earth in a big way.

“His ex-girlfriend painted that picture of me getting busted open by The Rock. Yeah, and The Rock bought it. You got to stand by your guy, though. You know what I’m saying? You stand by your boy. MJF is my boy. Shout out to MJF. Wonderful kid. Huge, huge, huge future.”

Cody Rhodes also envisions MJF making his way to WWE somewhere down the line. There is also doubt over MJF moving the needle in WWE. Regardless, we’ll have to see whether MJF will make his way to WWE one day.
