WWE WrestleMania 40 Sunday is poised to take place at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on April 7th. Excitement surrounds the announcement of a WWE Hall of Famer making an appearance at the show, and details regarding their role in the event have now been unveiled.
Snoop Dogg, one of the most beloved rappers of all time, has shown a deep affection for pro wrestling. It was no surprise when he ended up rescuing a major segment at WrestleMania 39 with his quick wits and charm.
As reported earlier, Snoop Dogg is set to make an appearance at WrestleMania 40 Sunday. According to Sean Ross Sapp behind Fightful’s paywall, it was reported Snoop Dogg will be on commentary for the Philadelphia Street Fight featuring Bobby Lashley, The Street Profits against Karrion Kross and The Authors of Pain. It was added that Dogg will also make the announcement on attendance.
“Snoop Dogg is listed for commentary on the street fight, and listed for the attendance announcement.”
We will have to wait and see whether Snoop Dogg’s appearance will automatically make WrestleMania 40 Sunday that much better, as a star such as Dogg is always a huge plus.
