While Logan Paul has a massive challenge ahead of him with a triple threat match for his United States Championship at WrestleMania 40, the star also has a massive deal with WWE kicking off this weekend. For those who don’t remember, WWE announced a deal with Prime being their first ever ring mat sponsor.
Starting off at WrestleMania 40, every PLE of WWE will feature a Prime Hydration bottle in the center of the squared circle. While Logan Paul might be excited to kick off his massive deal with WWE at WrestleMania, not a lot of fans have been excited to see it.
Since the announcement of their deal, fans have filled the internet with disappointment clearly hinting that they didn’t like the decision. Addressing the massive change for the company, Triple H, during a recent episode of the Impaulsive podcast, stated that fans would stop noticing it in some time and that the WWE’s philosophy changed since they went under the TKO banner.
“No one likes change, right? They are so used to seeing this thing pristine with nothing there, 90% of the people might hate it. As you move forward, it’s there. It is just there, you know what I mean? And if you are watching every single day, if you don’t like it, you stop noticing it. But the advertisement of it, and the promotion you get out of it is massive.”
While the fan backlash has been noted by WWE for their new ring mat sponsor, their massive ownership change has turned a lot of things around. Ringside News will be doing a play-by-play coverage of the Grandest Stage of them All. Stay connected to get the latest updates about the show.
