As fans know by now, Steve “Mongo” McMichael is simply not doing well. The legend is suffering from ALS, and his condition is only getting worse by the day. In addition to that, he has been hospitalized again.

In case you weren’t aware, McMichael was hospitalized back in February due to suspected pneumonia, which later resulted in his admission to the ICU after developing Urinary Tract Infection. Naturally, fans and professional wrestlers alike were very concerned for him. McMichael improved and went back home.

On April 3, Jarrett Payton took to Twitter to share that the McMichael family was in need of prayers as Steve McMichael had been hospitalized. Payton mentioned that McMichael was undergoing tests and assured that he would provide further updates once more information became available.

This is certainly concerning news for fans who felt he was out of the woods yesterday. Nevertheless, fans will continue to rally behind him, as Ringside News is committed to providing the latest developments on his condition.
