Ronda Rousey recently made headlines after she accused WWE Superstar Drew Gulak of inappropriate behavior towards her during her time in the company. Gulak has now responded to Rousey’s accusations with a very bizarre defense.
During her appearance on NewsNation, Ronda Rousey claimed that Drew Gulak acted inappropriately towards her by grabbing the string of her sweatpants without her consent while she was waiting to talk to Triple H in the writer’s room.
Drew Gulak took to Twitter and responded to Ronda Rousey’s accusation as Gulak stated that backstage at a WWE event in 2022, he saw Ronda talking with a group in the hallway.
Gulak claimed that he stopped to say hi and shake all their hands, and in an attempt to shake her hand, he accidentally touched her drawstring. He clarified that it was a complete accident and one for which he had apologized to her.
“Backstage at a WWE event in 2022, I saw Ronda talking with a group in the hallway. I stopped to say hi and shake all their hands, and in an attempt to shake her hand, I accidentally touched her drawstring. Complete accident, and one that I had apologized to her for the mishap.”
Whether what Drew Gulak said is legitimate or not is a whole different story, but Ronda Rousey’s accusation definitely painted him in a bad light for many people and perhaps WWE might take action against him now.
