The April 2nd edition of WWE NXT will deal with the fallout from last week’s show and also build towards future storylines. Naturally, fans are incredibly excited for their weekly dose of NXT action.
This week’s episode of NXT will be held at the Capitol Wrestling Center in Orlando, FL, and will be airing live at 8 pm Eastern time slot on the USA Network. There is a lot of action for fans to really sink their teeth into.
Trick Williams and Carmelo Hayes are set to meet face-to-face ahead of their main event showdown at Stand & Deliver. Additionally, a #1 contender Triple Threat match featuring LWO, The OC, and Axiom & Nathan Frazer will determine who challenges Baron Corbin & Bron Breakker for the NXT Tag Team titles at Saturday’s PLE.
In other matchups, Noam Dar will host NXT Women’s champion Lyra Valkryia and her WrestleMania weekend challenger Roxanne Perez on the Supernova Sessions. Oba Femi will clash with Joe Gacy, one of the contenders for his North American title at Stand & Deliver. Natalya returns to corner Karmen Petrovic against Lola Vice, while Von Wagner faces off against Lexis King. Additionally, Sol Ruca squares off against Blair Davenport, and Jacy Jayne takes on Fallon Henley.
