The conclusion of tonight’s Monday Night RAW was a resounding statement ahead of the highly anticipated WrestleMania, with Roman Reigns and The Rock asserting their dominance over Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins to close out the show.
The main event clash featured The Drip God facing off against The Bloodline’s formidable Enforcer, Solo Sikoa, under the Bloodline rules set by The Rock at the onset of the show. In the climax, Rollins drove Solo through a table and planted him with a stomp. However, the Uso brothers intervened, leading to a chaotic brawl that saw The Rock emerge from the gorilla position to assert control.
In a surprising turn, the American Nightmare Cody Rhodes made a daring entrance to confront his assailant from the previous week. As tensions escalated, Seth and Cody appeared poised to incapacitate The Rock. However, their plans were thwarted as Roman Reigns managed to save his cousin and put down both of WrestleMania’s opponents.
Following that, The Rock took off his American Nightmare weight belt that he wore and began smashing Rollins and Rhodes leaving them beaten and broken to end the show. The Final Boss’ vicious assault once again attracted the wrath of the Rhodes family members, with Cody’s older brother Dustin taking to his X to send out a huge statement that might come to haunt The Rock and Reigns at WrestleMania 40.
“Karma is a b**ch!”
On the other hand, Cody Rhodes’ wife Brandi wife berated The Rock for using Cody’s weight belt as his weapon via her X.
“Oh…so now a b**ch got a black belt… ok.”
The implications of this vicious assault took things to another level with an electrifying tag team showdown at WrestleMania 40 on the horizon as The Rock and Roman Reigns battle Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins on Night 1 of the show with huge stakes involved for the main event for Night 2.
