Rhea Ripley Competes In Title Match After 3/29 WWE SmackDown

Rhea Ripley stands out as one of the top female WWE Superstars today, steadily climbing in popularity week by week. Her impact was significant on SmackDown recently, and it seems she also participated in a title match following the show.

The Women’s Champion made a brief appearance during this week’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown, following the segment involving LWO and Legado Del Fantasma. During this confrontation, a tag team match for WrestleMania 40 between Dominik Mysterio & Santos Escobar and Rey Mysterio & Dragon Lee was announced.

Following this, the entire Judgement Day unfolded backstage, where Dominik Mysterio apologized to his teammates for not informing them of his intentions beforehand.

However, fans were not done seeing Rhea Ripley yet. The World Champion participated in a dark match after SmackDown concluded, where she successfully defended her title against Shayna Baszler.

Rhea Ripley is set to defend her Women’s World Championship against Becky Lynch at WrestleMania 40, so we will have to wait and see how that will turn out for The Eradicator in the end.
