Triple H Initially Laughed Off Logan Paul’s WWE Involvement

Logan Paul emerged as one of WWE’s unexpected successes, showcasing remarkable athletic ability beyond expectations. Currently holding the United States Championship, he has far surpassed expectations. In fact, even Triple H laughed at the idea of Logan Paul becoming a WWE Superstar.

Logan Paul is making waves in the lead-up to WrestleMania, securing major deals with WWE. His hydration brand, Prime, recently finalized the largest sponsorship agreement in WWE’s history. Additionally, Paul himself is in the midst of negotiating his own performer contract with the company.

During an interview with Graham Bensinger, Logan Paul confirmed that Triple H did indeed laugh when he heard about Paul’s interest in becoming a WWE Superstar. According to Paul, Triple H admitted to laughing, likely doubting whether an “internet kid” could handle the toughness and complexity of the sport. However, Paul stated that he earned Triple H’s respect over time.

“Yeah, [I heard Triple H laughed when he heard I was interested in WWE], he told me to my face. I’m sure he thought ‘there’s no way this internet kid can hang with the toughness and complex nature of this sport.'”

It was also confirmed recently that he will defend his title against Randy Orton and Kevin Owens at WrestleMania 40. We will have to wait and see whether Logan Paul will be able to successfully retain his title at the Show of Shows.
