Leon Ruffin is best known for his time in WWE where he performed under the ring name Leon Ruff, who was released back in 2021. After a prolonged hiatus from professional wrestling, Ruffin has now announced his return.
Leon Ruffin recently took to Twitter recently to express his longing for wrestling, admitting he had spent too much time away from the ring. He declared his readiness to return to action and announced his availability for bookings, seminars, and appearances at bookleonruffin@gmail.com. Ruffin also encouraged fans to tag their favorite promotions if they wished to see him perform.
”I’ve spent way too long away from wrestling and I miss it so much! Leon Ruffin is ready to step back in the ring! Tag your favorite promotion(s) you wanna see me wrestle in!!!”
Leon Ruffin’s last wrestling appearance was at ROH Death Before Dishonor 2023, where he teamed up with Master Wato and Ryusuke Taguchi in a losing effort against ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Champions Brian Cage, Bishop Kaun, and Toa Liona.
Prior to that, he had made regular appearances on AEW Dark and also competed on AEW television multiple times. We will have to wait and see how he will fare now that he is returning to in-ring action again.
