Liv Morgan returned to the squared circle at WWE’s Royal Rumble after being sidelined for months due to a shoulder. She has shown she truly belongs in the main event scene but hasn’t gotten there yet lately. In fact, some feel Morgan should be induced into a huge WrestleMania 40 title match.
At last month’s Elimination Chamber event, Becky Lynch secured a spot in a WWE Women’s World Championship match against Rhea Ripley at WrestleMania 40. Following this triumph, backlash emerged on social media from Liv Morgan’s fans, prompting a mini storyline on WWE television where Lynch and Morgan squared off.
In an interview with Ella Jay, Valhalla, a close friend of Liv Morgan, expressed her desire to see Liv involved in the championship match at WrestleMania 40 in Philadelphia. Whether it’s through a triple threat match or by replacing Becky Lynch, Valhalla believes Liv Morgan should have a chance.
Valhalla acknowledged that the backstage situation is uncertain for wrestlers, but as a fan of Liv Morgan, she imagines scenarios like Liv joining Rhea Ripley and Becky Lynch in a triple threat match or potentially causing Lynch’s removal from the match.
“I know Rhea and Becky are going to, it’s looking like they’re going to wrestle at WrestleMania, but I wouldn’t be surprised if Liv was in that mix too. So I’m really, and it’s like, to be completely honest, no one knows what’s happening backstage, right? Like none of the wrestlers know. So I, as a fan, as someone who’s a fan of Liv Morgan, I would love to see like her, Becky and Rhea and like a triple threat match or like, maybe Becky’s walking to the ring and live hurts her so much that she gets the match or like something, something like that I would i would be I would think was really cool.”
We will have to wait and see whether Liv Morgan’s revenge tour will ultimately see her become a part of Rhea Ripley and Becky Lynch’s WrestleMania 40 match, as some fans would more than love to see that happen.
