There are many stars in AEW who have been out of action due to injury but have gradually made their way back to television. This includes Wheeler Yuta, who will likely return to in-ring action soon.

Wheeler Yuta has been notably absent from AEW television for quite a while now, which made fans wonder if he was badly injured as The Blackpool Combat Club has waged war on CMLL.

While speaking on Fightful Select’s Q&A session, Sean Ross Sapp was asked about Wheeler Yuta’s status. He noted that AEW doesn’t expect Yuta to have a long-term injury of any sort.

”They didn’t expect him to have a long-term injury or anything like that. He was scheduled and the end of the month for CMLL.”

Wheeler Yuta was announced as one of the competitors of the Blackpool Combat Club that will be competing at the March 29th CMLL event at Arena Mexico, so we’ll have to see if he will be able to compete at the event next week.
