The March 18th, 2024 episode of WWE RAW emanated from the PNC Arena in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Leading up to this event, WWE had enjoyed a streak of eight consecutive television sell-outs. During the RAW broadcast, Michael Cole declared that it marked WWE’s ninth consecutive television sell-out. However, conflicting reports surfaced on Twitter, specifically from the @WrestleTix account.

According to WrestleTix, the event was not actually sold out. In response to inquiries about the situation, the account disclosed that while the arena was close to capacity, there were still over 200 tickets available, many of which were priced at $20 for upper-level seats.

It was clarified that any tickets released late, such as hard camera seats, didn’t count against WWE’s sell-out streak, but standard tickets did.

“Unfortunately not. It was close. Map closed with over 200 tickets available, many of which were $20 uppers. Anything released late (like hard cam seats) doesn’t count against them but standard tickets do. Still a packed house and a great number.”

Despite this discrepancy, the PNC Arena still boasted a packed house, reflecting a strong turnout for the event. The arena still had a lively crowd, showing the ongoing popularity of WWE.
