Segment Absent in Initial 3/15 WWE SmackDown Run Sheets

This week’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown was held in Memphis, Tennessee, and it built towards WrestleMania 40 in many ways. This included an interview segment with LA Knight, but it appears his segment was excluded from the initial run sheets.

After engaging in verbal sparring and skirmishes for weeks, LA Knight stepped into the spotlight on the latest edition of SmackDown to address the ongoing feud with The Phenomenal One. In a bold move, WWE’s resident Megastar challenged Styles to a one-on-one encounter at WrestleMania 40.

Before Knight could complete his proclamation, AJ Styles blindsided The Megastar, making his own statement loud and clear, as Styles accepted LA Knight’s WrestleMania 40 challenge.

According to Sean Ross Sapp behind Fightful’s paywall, it was reported that LA Knight’s interview segment was not part of the initial run sheets on this week’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown.
