The Cody Rhodes, Seth Rollins, and the Bloodline saga has reached a massive level of popularity with millions around the world engaged to witness the carnage that might unfold at WrestleMania 40. Following the Rock’s tag team match challenge on Smackdown last week, Rhodes and Rollins addressed the stakes on the 3/4 episode of Raw announcing a massive showdown for this week’s Smackdown.

However, during his segment on Raw, the Visionary brought out a new nickname for the member of the TKO Board, ‘Diarrhea Dwayne’. While it seemed like a one-time shot at the Rock, fans loved it and started chanting ‘Diarrhea’ immediately.

Since the chaotic ending to the WrestleMania 40 Press Conference, Rhodes and Rollins came face to face with the Rock and Reigns for the first time this week, in one of the biggest segments in the history of the blue brand.

While both Rhodes and Rollins accepted the challenge, it was notable that the crowd in Dallas, Texas started chanting ‘Diarrhea’ while the Rock was speaking. However, to sweeten things, a fan sign was spotted mocking the Rock with his new nickname. Though this wasn’t seen during the segment, a picture of Seth Rollins with the fan sign has now showcased on the internet leaving everyone stunned

With the back and forth mockery between the Rock and Rollins every week, the former interfering and helping Drew McIntyre win the World Heavyweight Championship won’t be a surprise. This could also be followed by a brief feud between both men before the Rock goes on to face Roman Reigns.
