Sammy Guevara’s First Remarks After AEW Suspension

Sammy Guevara has remained one of the staples of AEW television since his debut back in 2019. Unfortunately, he has injured his opponents over the years, with his latest case being Jeff Hardy. Due to this, he was suspended from AEW and during his suspension, Guevara made his first remarks.

As previously reported, Sammy Guevara is under suspension due to his participation in a match against Jeff Hardy on February 14th. During this encounter, Jeff Hardy sustained an injury, and it seems that concussion protocol was not followed. Additionally, Guevara executed his finishing move on Hardy, a move that should not have taken place given the circumstances.

Sammy Guevara appeared on the February 24th edition of AEW Collision but has been absent ever since. Despite the recent news of his suspension, Sammy Guevara took to Twitter to extend an invitation to fans for GalaxyCon, an upcoming event scheduled in Richmond, Virginia, later in March. The post also disclosed that Guevara’s wife, Tay Melo, will be in attendance for the show.

We will have to wait and see when Sammy Guevara will make his return to AEW television, as fans have once again soured on Sammy Guevara following the aforementioned Jeff Hardy incident.
