Sting and Darby Allin would successfully retain their titles in the end, as he retired undefeated.

Held at the Greensboro Coliseum in Greensboro, North Carolina, the AEW Revolution pay-per-view brought joy to the city, leading to a groundbreaking decision. Greensboro announced on social media that March 3 will be commemorated as ‘Thank You Sting Day’ in the city moving forward. City officials shared a photo featuring Sting, Darby Allin, Ric Flair, Jim Ross, and Tony Schiavone to mark this special occasion.

AEW President Tony Khan has already confirmed the status of the AEW World Tag Team Championships after Revolution. Sting also set the record straight on his future plans in AEW.
