Braun Strowman has been on the sidelines for an extended period following neck surgery, creating anticipation among fans for his eventual return to action. In light of his prolonged absence from WWE television, we have an update on his return status.

In June of last year, Braun Strowman underwent fusion neck surgery to address persistent injuries. Since then, he has been dedicated to the process of recovery and has been involved in various activities.

According to Sean Ross Sapp during his recent Q&A session, he was asked about Braun Strowman’s return status. It was noted that he was told in January that Strowman’s return might be sooner than expected. Initial skepticism was followed by confirmation that “he’s doing way better than anticipated.”

“Someone in January implied that he would be back soon and I was thinking, “surely not” but then I followed up and was told that “he’s doing way better than anticipated.”

Braun Strowman also has a huge opponent in mind for his WWE return. During a conversation with News 18, Strowman wants to have ‘another go’ against GUNTHER. He spoke about GUNTHER with praise and said that he’s one of about four people who’ve been able to pin him to the mat to the count of three. He also credited GUNTHER as ‘the greatest Intercontinental Champion that WWE has ever had’.

I would love to have another go at GUNTHER. He’s one of what, four men that have ever been able to put my shoulders to the mat for three? And I give kudos to him. What he’s done with the Intercontinental Championship. He has completely elevated [the title], higher than it’s ever been elevated before. In my opinion, he’s the greatest Intercontinental Champion that WWE has ever had, and he’s brought prestige to that title.

It remains to be seen when The Monster Among Monsters will be able to make his triumphant return to WWE television. Keep checking back with Ringside News as we will continue to provide more updates on Braun Strowman as information becomes available.
