Mexico’s El Hijo del Vikingo, who has garnered significant attention in pro wrestling, recently suffered a knee injury. However, it has been disclosed that he has undergone successful surgery to address the issue.
On February 17, 2024, Vikingo teamed up with Psycho Clown and Wotan at AULL Rencor Extremo but faced a loss against Negocio Traumado. The match was stopped due to an injury sustained by Vikingo to his right knee.
As previously reported, El Hijo del Vikingo was set to undergo surgery recently for a ruptured ligament and damaged meniscus. AAA took to their official Twitter account and announced that the Mexican star had undergone successful surgery.

Vikingo’s most recent AEW appearance was on the January 24 episode of Rampage, participating in the AEW International Championship Number 1 Contendership Freshly Squeezed Four-Way match.
