Drew McIntyre has been laser-focused on himself lately and he looks to retain that mindset on the road to WrestleMania 40 with a huge title opportunity in his sight.

The Scottish Warrior confronted his WrestleMania opponent, World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins on RAW last week amidst the build-up for their major title showdown at the Show of Shows.

Despite being on a collision course, the Drip God extended an invitation to McIntyre to join himself and Cody Rhodes in the heated war against the same people that have been Drew’s foes as well in the past, The Bloodline.

During his recent appearance on WWE’s The Bump, the former WWE champion clearly stated that his focus was solely on things that happened on WWE’s flagship show i.e. Monday Night RAW, and had no interest in joining the ‘Avenger’ team Rollins was trying to put together.

“When I’m world champion, I will not give a darn. I’m trying really hard not to swear today. I don’t give a damn what’s going on at SmackDown when I’m world champion. I didn’t enunciate my words clearly [on Raw], but what I said was, if SmackDown’s on fire, I don’t care if they’re on their knees, begging for my help. I would not pee on them to put that fire out. My responsibility is to my people on Raw. It’s that simple. His argument, he’s trying to put together some Avenger team or something. If you look up that one scene with Wolverine, when he’s asked to assist in the battle, his reaction, that’s pretty much where Drew McIntyre’s at if you’re asking for my help.”

Drew McIntyre’s recent approach has been to make sure that the spotlight was only on him on the red brand and despite his past issues with Roman Reigns and The Bloodline that cost him the World title in front of his home country, it comes as a shocker for Drew to decline the opportunity to go head-to-head with his long-time rivals.
