The excitement among AEW fans is pumping up with just days away from the AEW Revolution pay-per-view. Hosted in the Greensboro Coliseum in North Carolina on March 3, the stacked up match card of the show has the world talking. From a triple threat match for the AEW World Heavyweight Championship, to the meat madness match, the show has it all.
However, even after numerous titles being defended at the show, the legendary star, Sting, is set to be the highlight. The former WWE superstar is set to wrestle his last match in the squared circle alongside Darby Allin to take on the Young Bucks for the AEW World Tag Team Championships.
Sting’s retirement match has the world talking and millions expect something special to be planned for him before and after his match. While there aren’t any confirmations yet, his tag team partner Darby Allin has revealed his plans. In an interview with Fanatics View’s Walt Chism and Mike Peticca, Allin revealed that he had a special entrance planned for the legend at AEW Revolution.
“I got a special thing planned for Sting’s final entrance that I’ve been working on. So, we’ll see how everything plays out in Greensboro.”
Sting is set to make his final AEW Dynamite appearance before retirement tonight. Though their rivalry with the Young Bucks seems to be pretty exciting, some final words before heading into the big match might be expected from the legend.
