AEW Star Brushes Off Contract Uncertainty as Expiry Nears

Daniel Garcia is currently one of the top talents in AEW, who has truly seen a resurgence in his career thanks to his dancing gimmick. While his contract is set to expire in the near future, Garcia isn’t really bothered about it at the moment.

Daniel Garcia has been a consistent presence on AEW programming since 2021, notably making a mark in the AEW Continental Classic. His impressive journey has led him to a title opportunity, as he is set to challenge Christian Cage for the TNT Championship at AEW Revolution on March 3.

In January this year, Daniel Garcia mentioned that his contract is set to expire in 2024, expressing his ambition to secure another deal and capture championship gold.

While speaking in an interview on ROAR Around The Ring, Daniel Garcia was questioned about his contract status. Garcia made it clear he isn’t really focused on that right now.

”I’m gonna deal with it when I need to. I’m focusing on the subject at hand, and the subject at hand right now is the TNT Championship.”

We will have to wait and see whether Daniel Garcia will be able to defeat Christian Cage for the TNT Championship at the AEW Revolution pay-per-view on March 3rd, as fans want him to stick with AEW in the long run.
