WWE has made an addition to the February 26, 2024 episode of RAW, announcing a matchup between Cody Rhodes and Grayson Waller. The news comes just hours before the event is set to take place at the SAP Center in San Jose, California.

After Waller issued a bold challenge earlier in the day, WWE wasted no time in granting his wish, confirming that he will square off against Rhodes in a one-on-one showdown tonight on RAW

The rivalry between Rhodes and Waller ignited during an appearance on The Grayson Waller Effect at Elimination Chamber, where Rhodes stirred the pot by challenging The Rock to a match. Waller, not one to back down, seized the opportunity to confront Rhodes, accusing him of disrespecting his friend Austin Theory.

In a video posted by WWE earlier today, Waller doubled down on his defiance, boldly declaring:

“Cody Rhodes, you came to my house, you didn’t wipe your feet, you disrespected my boy Austin Theory, well guess what? I’m in San Jose, I’m at Monday Night Raw, and I’m not going to wipe my feet or show you an ounce of respect. So, stop worrying about WrestleMania and start worrying about Grayson Waller.”

With tensions at an all-time high, tonight’s Raw promises to deliver an explosive clash between two formidable competitors. The addition of Rhodes versus Waller adds another layer of excitement to an already stacked lineup.
