Matt Riddle has been on a roll after his WWE firing, as The Original Bro has been tearing it up in the independent circuit as well as in NJPW. This eventually led to him winning the NJPW World TV Title today and Riddle finally broke his silence on the matter.

At NJPW New Beginning in Sapporo, Matt Riddle squared off against Hiroshi Tanahashi for the NJPW World TV Title. It was truly a hard-hitting encounter from start to finish, but Riddle ultimately put down the NJPW President and became the new NJPW World TV Champion.

The Original Bro took to Twitter following his triumphant victory and uploaded a photo of himself with his new title, as he thanked fans for supporting him throughout his post-WWE journey.

”The King of Bros is back on top and your new Television Champion! Thank you everyone for supporting me and showing me love 🤙 #njpw #njpwworld #bro #stallion #tvchampion #rudedude #sapporo”

This is certainly a big deal for the former WWE Superstar, who is truly on a mission to redeem himself following his unfortunate WWE exit. It remains to be seen whether The King of Bros will end up winning more championship gold somewhere down the line.
