WWE is always looking ahead to produce the best content for their fans whenever possible, especially when it comes to their Premium Live Events. WrestleMania 40 is also on the horizon and WWE seems to be gearing up for a major celebrity appearance, as they are interested in working with Sylvester Stallone for the show.

WrestleMania 40 is set to commandeer Philadelphia’s Lincoln Financial Field on Saturday, April 6th, and Sunday, April 7th, 2024. The Showcase of the Immortals promises to deliver a stacked two-night event in Philly.

WrestleMania is always a huge deal for the company and pro wrestling in general, which is why they try to bring in A-list celebrities when possible. Regarding potential celebrity involvement for this year’s WrestleMania, Wrestle Votes took to Twitter and reported that WWE is interested in working with Sylvester Stallone for the show in some capacity.

“Sources within WWE indicate there is interest in collaborating with Sylvester Stallone for WrestleMania in some form. While any communication status is unclear, I’m told there’s hope for it. Whether it ultimately ends up happening or not is to be determined. Stallone, born in NYC, gained fame through the iconic Rocky films, deeply associated with Philadelphia.
