Shotzi suffered a significant injury during last week’s NXT TV tapings, leading to adjustments in planned events. She already underwent surgery for the same and now footage has revealed the exact moment where Shotzi suffered her knee injury.

With this week’s pre-recorded NXT, uncertainties arose about airing a particular spot or the entire match. Last night’s broadcast provided answers as the match was indeed shown.

Unfortunately, the spot featured Shotzi bouncing from the ring to the outside, resulting in her clutching her foot, highlighting that injuries in wrestling can occur without high-risk moves.

Shotzi has already confirmed that she suffered an ACL tear and underwent surgery for the injury, for which she will be on the shelf for nine months now. Only time will tell what WWE will have planned for her upon Shotzi’s return.
