Finn Balor has become a prevalent fixture on WWE television programming as a part of Judgment Day on Monday Night RAW. Despite his major spot on the red brand, Balor probably looked to insert himself in other top conversations as well.

As seen on this week’s edition of RAW, UFC fighter Michael Chandler was in attendance to see the show in Anaheim, California. Moreover, he took the microphone and called out former champion Conor McGregor, challenging him to a potential future bout.

While he clearly mentioned McGregor’s name at the Honda Center during his appearance, Finn Balor recently revealed on his X that he thought Chandler was referring to him.

Balor’s belief could possibly be on the lines of sharing the same descent of being Irish with the man Michael challenged on RAW, Conor McGregor.

@MikeChandlerMMA for a brief moment I thought you were taking about me… phew!”

Michael Chandler’s appearance was perceived as the start of the WWE-UFC crossover era since both companies came under the same parent entity, TKO Group Holdings last year. So it will be interesting to see if this even leads to some crossover bouts between the top two entities in the world of combat sports.
