Elias was one of the biggest cases of WWE simply not knowing what to do with a particular talent. He was released from WWE last year and he has finally competed in his first match following his WWE release just recently.

Ringside News exclusively reported that there was a widespread belief within WWE that Elias’ Ezekiel storyline had a detrimental impact on his career in the company. Unfortunately, he couldn’t recover from it, leading to his eventual release.

Now known as Elijah, he made his return to the ring at tonight’s Wrestling REVOLVER event, facing ‘Speedball’ Mike Bailey in a singles match. The former WWE Superstar showcased an impressive physique, indicating a consistent and dedicated gym routine.

Ultimately, ‘Speedball’ Mike Bailey secured a significant victory over the former Elias. Unhappy with the outcome, the former WWE 24/7 Champion attacked Bailey after the match.
