CM Punk’s triceps injury at the Royal Rumble raises doubts about his WrestleMania 40 appearance. Unfortunately, Punk won’t be able to compete, as he is currently recovering post-surgery. In the meantime, Punk was spotted at UFC 298 on-screen as well as backstage.

Despite his current WWE absence due to injury, CM Punk continues to make public appearances. After attending the WrestleMania 40 press event in Las Vegas two weeks ago, he was recently seen at UFC 298. Punk not only enjoyed the fights from Octagon side.

In addition to that, CM Punk also met a fan backstage – fighter Oban Elliot, who was thrilled to meet CM Punk backstage after his fight at UFC 298. Punk remains involved in the world of MMA long after his UFC retirement, so this appearance wasn’t really a surprise.
